"Flying Free"

 
 

You will need:

n    Materials "DOWNLOAD HERE".

      The filters I have used are,

n    Filter MuRa's  Meister "Cloud" HERE.

n    Filter Mock "Windo" HERE.

n    Filter Simple HERE.

n    Filter Fun House. HERE

n    Filter penta com "color dot" HERE.

n    Open de tubes in PSP en minimaliseer.

      Let's start with this lesson.

Pijltje. Take the arrow with you so you know where you are.

01. Open a new transparant image 700 x 500.

02. Put your foreground color to a dark color #583321.

03. And your background color to a light color #c39e8a.

04. Change your foreground to gradient

      Style Lineair.

      With these settings:

05. Flood fill your image with this gradient.

06. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur...Radius 30.

07. Effects - Plugins - MuRa's Meister - Cloud.

      With these settings:

      First press on Reset Colors.

08. Effects - Plugins - Mock Windo.

      With these settings:

09. Activate your magic wand and select the inner border

10. Change your foreground to the gold pattern and flood fill the border with this pattern.

11. Selections - Select none.

12. Layers - New raster layer.

13. Activate your selection tool - Custom selection,

      Left 67, Top 49, Right 633 and Bottom 452.

14. Flood fill your selection with the gold pattern.

15. Selections - Modify - Contract with 1.

16. Flood fill the selection with your dark color #583321.

17.  Selections - Modify - Contract with 5.

18. Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

19. Selections - Modify - Contract with 1.

      Change your foreground to the gradient of step 4.

20. Flood fill the selection with the gradient.

21. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur... Radius 20.

22. Effects - Plugins - penta com. - color dot.

      With these settings:

      Open your tube Flying Free_Misted by Kathy_Kms.

23. Edit - Copy.

24. Back to your image Edit - Paste into selection.

25. Selections - Select none.

26. Layers - Merge -Merge all (flatten).

27. Selections - Select all.

28. Image - Add borders. 1 pixel.

29. Selections - Invert.

      Change your foreground to the gold pattern.

      (Let's zoom in a bit) View - Zoom.

30. Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

31. Selections - Select none.

32. Image - Resize with 80 % (Bicubic). 

      Minimize for now.

33. Open a new transparent image 700 x 500.

      Change your foreground again to the gradient, but now

      With these settings:

34. Flood fill your image with this gradient.

35. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur...Radius 30.

36. Effects - Texture effects - Blinds.

      Change Color to your dark color #583321

      With these settings:

37. Effects - Distortion effects - Wave...

      With these settings:

38. Effects - Distortion effects - Polar coordinates.

      With these settings:

39. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

40. Layers - Duplicate.

41. Image - Flip.

      Change the opacity of this layer to 50 %.

42. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

43. Effects - Plugins - penta com. - color dot with the same settings as in step 22.

44. Effects - Plugins - Mock Windo.

      But now with these settings:

45. Activate your magic wand and select the inner border. 

46. Change your foreground to to the gold pattern.

      Flood fill the border with this pattern.

47. Selections - Select none.

48. Layers - New raster layer.

49. Activate your selection tool - Custom selection,

      Left 67, Top 49, Right 633 and Bottom 452.

      Activate the smaller image we made at the beginning.

50.  Edit - Copy.

51.  Edit - Paste into selection.

52. Selections - Select none.

53. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.

54. Effects - 3D effects - Drop shadow.

      With these settings:

55. Repeat the drop shadow, but now with -5.

56. Layers - New raster layer.

57 Activate your selection tool - Custom selection,

      Left 40, Top 70, Right 90 and Bottom 90.

58. Change your foreground to gradient.

      Style Lineair.

      With these settings:

      Flood fill the selection with this gradient.

59. Effects - Texture effects - Blinds.

      Width 2, Opacity 40, All checked and change color to your dark color #583321.

60. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

61. Selections - Modify - Select selection borders.

      With these settings:

      Change your foreground to the gold pattern.

      (Let's zoom in a bit) View - Zoom.

62. Flood fill the selection with your gold pattern.

63. Selections - Select none..

64. Effects - Plugins - Simple - Top left Mirror.

      Open your Autumn_Whispers.

65. Edit - Copy.

66. Back to your image Edit - Paste as a new layer.

67. Effects - Image effects - Offset.

      With these settings:

68. Layers - Duplicate.

69. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur... Radius 20.

70. Layers - Arrange - Move down.

71. Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten).

72. Selections - Select all.

73. Image - Add borders. 1 pixel.

74. Selections - Invert.

      Change your foreground to the gold pattern.

      (Let's zoom in a bit) View - Zoom.

75. Flood fill the selection with the gold pattern.

76. Selections - Select all.

77. Image - Add borders. 5 pixel with your dark color #583321.

78. Selections - Select all.

79. Image - Add borders. 1 pixel.

80. Selections - Invert.

81. Flood fill the selection with the gold pattern.

82. Selections - Select none.

83. Adjust - Brightness and contrast - Clarify and change Strenght of effect to 2.

      Save as JPG.

      Finished.
