"Faded Love"

 

 

You will need:

 

n Materials "DOWNLOAD HERE".

      The tube are from Mou en Christmist.

      The filter I have used are:

 

n Filter Unlimited HERE.

n Filter dbs flux HERE.

n Filter FM Tile Tools HERE.

n Filter Graphics Plus HERE.

n Mask Faded Love, save it to your mask folder of PSP.

n Import the brushes in PSP.

n Open the tubes in PSP and minimize

 

      Let's get started.

Pijltje. Take the arrow with you so you will know where you are.

01. Open a new transparant image 700 × 500.

02. Put your foreground to a light color #ecb9a0.

03. And your background to a dark color #6f221c.

04. Change your foreground to gradient.

      Style Lineair.

      With these settings:

05. Flood fill tool - Flood fill your image with this gradient.

06. Adjust - Blur - Radial blur.

      With these settings:

07. Effects - Plugins - Filter Unlimited, search for Distortion Filters,

      Smelter 1 and change Intensity to 135.

08. Layers - Duplicate.

09. Image - Rotate - Free rotate..

      With these settings:

10. Adjust - Blur - Motion blur...

      With these settings:

11. Effects - Geometric effects - Perspective-vertical...

      With these settings:

12. Effects - Distortion effects - Pinch..., change Strenght to 100.

      Change the layer opacity to 70 and the blend mode to Lighten.

      When you are using different colors,

      you may want to play a bit with the opacity and blend mode settings.

13. Layers - New raster layer...

14. Selection tool - Custom selection,

      With these settings:

15. Materials gradient.

      Sylel Lineair.

      With these settings:

16. Flood fill tool - Flood fill your selection with this gradient.

17. Selections - Select none

18. Effects - Plugins - dbs flux - Linear Transmission...

      With these settings:

19. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

20. Layers - Duplicate.

      Activate your original layer.

21. Effects - Distortion effects - Wind...

      With these settings:

      Change the layer opacity to 70 and the blend mode to overlay.

      Activate your top layer.

22. Effects - 3D-effects - Drop shadow...

      With these settings:

23. Layer - New raster layer.

24. Selection tool - Custom selection,

      With these settings:

25. Flood fill tool - Flood fill the selection with the gradient from step 15.

26. Selections - Select none.

27. Effects - Plugins - dbs flux - Linear Transmission...

      With these settings:

28. Effects - Distortion effects - Wave...

      With these settings:

29. Layers - Duplicate.

      Activate the original layer.

30. Effects - Distortion effects - Wind...

      Wind direction from Right Wind strenght is 100.

      Activate the top layer.

31. Effects - 3D-effects - Drop shadow.

      With these settings:

      Change the layer opacity to 65 and the blend mode to Burn.

      When you are using different colors, you'll have to play with the layers opacity.

      Open your chrismist_st_valentin_094 .psp.

32. Edit - Copy.

33. Back to your 700 × 500 Image - Edit - Paste - Paste as a new layer.

34. Move tool - Move it to the right in the bottom corner (look at my Preview)

35. Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss Default settings.

      Open your hmo_angelinajolie.psp.

36. Edit - Copy.

37. Back to your 700 × 500 Image - Edit - Paste - Paste as a new layer.

38. Move tool - Move her a bit down and to the left and down.

      (Look at my preview).

39. Effects - 3D-effects - Drop shadow...

      With these settings:

      Change your foreground to your dark color #6f221c.

40. Layers - New raster layer.

41. Brush tool. 

      Search for your RTBrush_Paramore_LetThisGo1op.

      With these settings:

      Apply your brush in the top of your image (look at my preview).

      Change the blend mode to burn, but leave the opacity on 100.

42. Layers - New raster layer.

43. Back to your brush tool.

      Search your hbgbrush-old144 003.

      Apply the brush twice onto your image (look at my preview)

44. Effects - Edge effects - Enhance.

45. Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten).

46. Image - Add border 1 pixels dark color #6f221c..

47. Selections - Select all.

48. Image - Add border 30 pixels Dark color #6f221c..

49. Selections - Invert.

50. Effects - Plugins - Graphics plus - Cross Shadow with the default settings.

51. Layers - New raster layer.

52. Materials gradient.

      Style Lineair.

      With these settings:

53. Flood fill tool - flood fill with this gradient..

54. Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask - from disk... and find your Faded Love mask.

      Withe these settings:

55. Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten).

56. Effects - Plugins - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss Default settings.

57. Selections - Invert.

58. Effects - 3D-effects - Drop shadow...

      With these settings:

59. Repeat - Effects - 3D-effects - Drop shadow, but now with -6.

60. Selections - Select all.

61. Selections - Select all 2.

62. Image - Crop to selection

63. Image - Add border 1 pixels dark color #6f221c.  

64. Selections - Select none.

      Save as JPG.

      Finished
