n   Filter AAA - Foto - Frame. HERE.

n   Filter VanDerLee UnPlugged X. - HERE.

n   Filter UnPlugged - Tools.  - HERE.

n Lz_Miriyan Brushes - Set in your brush folder of PSP - HERE.

     Set in your folder of Eye Candy 5 Impact - settings - Shadow.

n   Set your Foreground to a dark color #516c93.

n   Set your Background to a licht color  #cbd7e9.

n   Make a Sunburst gradiënt with your Foreground:

With these settings:

Let's get started.

01. File - New - Open a new image -  transparant  850 × 600.

02. Flood fill your image with your gradiënt.

03. Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur...

With these settings:

04. Layers - Duplicate.

05. Effects - Plugins - VM Natural - Starmaker...

With these settings:

06. Effects - Distortion Effects - Punch...

With these settings:

07. Effects - Distortion Effects - Wave...

With these settings:

08. Effects - Plugins - UnPlugged - Tools - Vertical tile...

09. Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy - Textures - Texture Noise...

Click on Settings - find Lz_ Miriyan_Texture Noise - click OK.

10. Set your Blend mode to Luminance (Legacy).

Set your Foreground to white - close your Background.

11. Layers - New Raster Layer.

12. Select your Pen Tool (V).

With these settings:

Draw 3 times an S - like my example...

13. Adjust - Blur - Radial Blur...

Now with these settings:

14. Effects - Distortion Effects - Spiky Halo...

With these settings:

15. Effects - Distortion Effects - Warp...

With these settings:

16. Set your Blend mode to Luminance (Legacy).

17. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

18. Effects - Plugins  - UnPlugged - Tools - Vertical tile...

19. Effects - Plugins  - VanDerLee - UnPlugged X...

Find by Filters Defocus.

With these settings:

20. Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance...

Set your Foreground back to your dark color #516c93.

21. Layers - New Raster Layer.

22. Selections - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection from disk...,

Find Lz_  Miriyan_1 - click on load:

With these settings:

23. Flood fill Tool - Flood fill the selection with your dark Color.

24. Effects - Texture Effects - Weave...

With these settings:

25. Selections - Select none.

26. Activate your Magic Wand tool.

With these settings:

Click in the circle.

Open the Lz_Miriyan_Plaatje.

27. Edit - Copy.

      Back to your 850 x 600 image.

28. Edit - Past into selection.

29. Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Glass...

Find by Settings Lz_ Miriyan_Glass - click OK.

30. Selections - Select none.

31. Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspectief Shadow...

Find by Settings  Lz_ Miriyan - click OK

Set your Foreground Color back to white.

32. Layers - New Raster Layer.

33. Open your Brush tool - Find the brush Lz_Miriyan_1.

With these settings:

Place the brush as the image below.

34. Layers - New Raster Layer.

35. Open again your Paint Brush tool and find Lz_Miriyan_2.

Place the brush as the image below.

36. Layers - Duplicate.

37. Image - Flip.

38. Layers - Merge- Merge down.

39. Effects - 3D-Effects - Drop Shadow.

With these settings:

40. Your Foreground color is still on white and set your Background to your dark color #516c93.

Make a Sunburst gradiènt with your foreground.

With these settings:

41. Layers - New Raster Layer.

42. Selections - Load/Save Selections - Load Selection from disk..,

find Lz_  Miriyan_2 - click on load.

43. Flood fill Tool - Flood fill your selections with your gradiënt.

Keep the selection.

44. Effects - Distortion Effects - Polar Coordinates...    

With these settings:

45. Selections - Select none.

46. Image - Rotate - Free Rotate.

With these settings:

47. Activate your Magic Wand - click in the dark part of your circle.

48. Effects - 3D-Effects - Cutout...

With these settings:

49. Effects - Texture Effects - Weave.., same settings as in step 24.

50. Selections - Select none.

51. Effects - Plugins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact - Perspective Shadow.

Find by settings again Lz_Miriyan.

52. Layers - New Raster Layer.

53. Selections - Load/Save Selections - Load Selection from disk..,

find Lz_  Miriyan_3 - click on load:

Materials Palette - set your Foreground Color back to white.

54. Flood fill Tool - Flood fill the selection 2 times  with your white color.

55. Effects - 3D-Effects - Drop Shadow...

With these settings:

56. Selections - Select none.

Open your - Maxyran_21_12_09 Women161 tube.

57. Edit - Copy.

Back to your 850 x 600 image.

58. Edit - Past as a new Layer.

59. Effects - Image effects - Offset...

With these settings:

60. Effects - 3D-Effects - Drop Shadow - Color Black.

With these settings:

61. Effects - 3D-Effects - Drop Shadow...

But now with these settings:

Materials Palette - Turn your colors so that your Background Color is white.

Close your Foreground Color.

62. Layers - New Raster Layer.

63. Activate your - Preset Shape Tool.

With these settings:

Find Star 2 - Draw several stars like example below.

Materials Palette - Turn your colors so that your Background is again the dark color.

Draw now with your dark color stars - like example below.

If you don't like a star than you can use this button to Undo your last steps.

64. Effects - 3D-Effects - Drop Shadow...

With these setting:

65. Layers - Merge - Merge All Layers (Flatten).

66. Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel - white.

67. Selections - Select all.

68. Image - Add Borders - 35 pixels - dark color #516c93.

69. Selections - Invert.

70. Effects - Plugins - AAA FRAMES - Foto Frame.

With these settings:

71. Selections - Select none.

72. Image - Resize..,

With these settings:

Add your watermark if you want.

Save as a JPG file.

You are finished.
